Our Pimenton de la Vera is unique, the producers use the best selection of peppers and follow the traditional method of slow smoking over oak and grinding the peppers in a water mill. Our selection includes sweet, medium and spicy paprika. We also sell the finest  category of Saffron (ISO CAT 1), this fragrant spice is handpicked from the stigma of a crocus flower and is highly valued in Spanish Cuisine.
