Our hams and charcuterie are sourced from a traditional family butcher in the province of Salamanca, famous for producing some of the finest Iberian products in Spain. Our extensive range includes the finest Iberico ham, chorizo , lomo and salchichon  We also source the highest quality chacuterie from the mountain heart of Asturias made from a traditional method smoked over oak to provide aroma and flavour, including a range of wild boar and venison, smoked cooking chorizo and cecina, traditional cured beef.
