Sourced from Santoña, a small seaside village in Cantabria famous for the best preserved fish in Spain. Our selection includes the finest Anchovy fillets, white tuna loins in olive oil, sardinillas and boquerones in vinegar. All these products are dolphin friendly and caught using rod and line.
