Pulses and Rice
Our pulses come from La Bañeza, Leon, famous for some of the best pulses in Spain. They are produced by a relatively new company but who’s owners are passionate about the quality of the goods they produce and have 35 years of experience working with pulses in this region.
Our rice is sourced from a house founded in 1903 and have been working for four generations cultivating the luxury Bomba rice in the area of La Albufera, Valencia. They carefully select only the finest seeds to create the best paella rice in the world.
